Project at a glance

  • Supporting the Complete System

    • Separate structures were required to carry the separator and vibrating feeder to account for operational vibration.

    • The arrangement also needed clear access around both machines without obstructing material transfer or maintenance activities.

  • Designed Around the Equipment

    • ATLUS developed the platform from the manufacturer’s machine geometry, support points and required service clearances.

    • Floor levels, primary steelwork and bracing were coordinated with the feeder, separator, discharge chutes and surrounding plant.

  • Ready for Manufacture and Installation

    • The final design provides continuous access for inspection, belt-change and routine maintenance.

    • Machine positions, structural connections and fabrication details were defined to simplify manufacture and reduce uncertainty during installation.

Key Outcomes

  • Seperate structures isolate vibrations from machine and electronics

  • 3 distinct material outputs allow for flexible downstream processing arrangements

  • 2300mm belt-removal corridor enables replacement in just 10 minutes

  • Installed from prefabricated assemblies in 3 days, with zero site steelwork modifications
